Our very own Dr. Ruy Carrasco has recently been named one of the “Top Docs for Kids” in the April issue of Austin Monthly. He is one of just two physicians recognized in the Pediatric Rheumatology category.
We are not surprised though — Dr. Carrasco is known as one of the most experienced board-certified pediatric rheumatologists in Central Texas. His heartfelt dedication to his patients, and commitment to a child’s whole family while in his care, is unmatched. Dr. Carrasco and his team of infusion nurses strive each day to make it a better day for the children they have the privilege of treating.
Austin Monthly solicited peer nominations from physicians in Travis, Hays, and Williamson counties via an online survey. Doctors were asked to nominate fellow physicians who they would trust with the medical care of themselves or their family as well as those whose work they have personally witnessed.
